IRD working hours on 10 and 11 November 2025
On 10/11/2025 the IRD will be open only until 12:00.
On 11/11/2025 the IRD (as well as any other public offices and most of the shops) will be closed due to a national holiday – National Independence Day.
The programme of the celebrations in Szczecin:
9:30 a.m. – laying flowers under the bust of Marshal Józef Piłsudski (Grey Ranks Square);
11:00 a.m. – patriotic ceremony on the Chrobry Embankment: military ceremony, national anthem, speeches and awarding of decorations;
12:00-12:30 – concert of a trumpet ensemble from the Prof. Marek Jasiński Primary Music School in Szczecin;
12:00–16:00 – military equipment show;
13:00–18:00 – 7. Szczecin Independence Run: runs for children and adults;
6:00 p.m. – Holy Mass for the Homeland (Archcathedral Basilica of St. James the Apostle).
