In order to GET YOUR STUDENT ID CARD (= ELS), you have to make a bank transfer first.
Below you can find an instruction on how to find the data needed to make such a transfer.

1. After you receive your personal email address in the usz.edu.pl domain, please log into the e-proDziekan service: https://e-prodziekan.usz.edu.pl/
   Login data:
   Website: https://e-prodziekan.usz.edu.pl/
   Login (Username): your email address in the usz.edu.pl domain
   Hasło (Password): password to the university email address
2. You have to go to “Student” tab and then “ELS Application”. The application form must be downloaded, printed, and completed, then submitted to the appropriate faculty dean’s office.
3. Pay the PLN 22.00 fee for the student ID card (ELS):
   In the e-proDziekan Platform, check the student’s individual account number for payments to which the student ID card fee should be paid. An invoice containing the transfer details for the student ID card will also be available in this account.
4. Upon collection of the student ID card (ELS), confirmation of payment for the student ID card must be provided to the appropriate faculty dean’s office.
5. Student ID cards are printed within 5 business days.

To check your personal bank account number for student ID card payment:

1. After logging in, please choose in the left menu tab – “Opłaty” (payments)
   
2. In there, you can check:
   a) Your individual bank account number
   b) IBAN number
   c) SWIFT
   d) Bank name
   Receipient details:
   name: Uniwersytet Szczeciński
   full address: al. Papieża Jana Pawła II 22a, 70-453 Szczecin
3. IMPORTANT – name of the transfer title should be “legitymacja studencka” (student ID card)
