Annex to formal procedures of applying for a study period at the University of Szczecin within Erasmus+ KA171 – Learning mobility for higher education students between EU Member States and third countries not associated to the Programme.
2. Inclusion support
2.1. Students with fewer opportunities, in particular those with physical, mental or health-related conditions may request a top-up amount to the individual support of their EU Erasmus+ grant with an amount of 250 EUR per month.
2.2. A student shall inform about such request at the nomination stage in order to receive information about available funding and provide documents confirming that they are eligible for fewer opportunities support at their sending institution.
2.3. In case if the funding is available, a student should inform the hosting institution about facilities, equipment, support or other conditions that should be met for them to successfully participate in the exchange.
2.4. International Relations Dept. of the University of Szczecin consults with the Accessibility Office and faculty exchange coordinator, if necessary, to establish if the those requirements can be fulfilled, and informs a student about the decision.
