The second call for applications for doctoral students interested in Student Mobility for Studies in Third countries not associated to the Programme is open from 16 October to 17 November 2023. You may apply for a study exchange at the University of Montenegro in the summer semester of 2023/24.

SMS mobilities for doctoral students to the third countries not associated to the Programme can be only organised to countries and institution that are listed in the rules above and in the frame of valid interinstitutional agreements. In the current call for applications, only applications to the University of Montenegro (ISCED 0532) are accepted.
