Green travel

1. Poniższe zasady dotyczą wyjazdów w projektach Erasmus+ KA131-2024 i KA131-2025.
   Poprzednie zasady rozliczania „green travel” tracą moc
2. Ekologicznymi środkami komunikacji uznawanymi w programie Erasmus+  są: autobus, pociąg, rower, a także carpooling (wspólna podróż osób na tej samej trasie i w tym samym celu, samochodem jednego ze współpasażerów). Podróż innymi środkami komunikacji nie spełniają tych warunków.
3. Studenci/doktoranci/absolwenci mogą ubiegać się o ryczałt na koszty podróży wynikający z realizacji podróży ekologicznymi (niskoemisyjnymi) środkami transportu (tzw. „green travel”), jeśli podróż taka odbywa się w obie strony (najdłuższe odcinki trasy). Osoby takie składają w DSM deklarację o planowanym przebiegu podróży ze wskazaniem środka lokomocji (Załącznik nr 1).
4. W uzasadnionych przypadkach student/doktorant/absolwent może ubiegać się o dodatkowe wsparcie indywidualne na koszty utrzymania na maksymalnie dodatkowe 6 dni w podróży (łącznie w obie strony). W tym celu należy uzupełnić odpowiednie pola w Załączniku nr 1.
5. Liczba przyznanych dodatkowych dni na podróż (w jedną stronę) jest zależna od odległości dzielącej siedzibę US oraz siedzibę instytucji przyjmującej, liczonej za pomocą kalkulatora on-line dostępnego pod adresem internetowym Komisji Europejskiej (KE): http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/tools/distance_en.htm, według następującego rozdzielnika:

6. Dodatkowe dofinansowanie z tytułu „green travel”, jeśli zostanie przyznane, będzie wypłacone wraz z pozostałymi komponentami stypendium Erasmus+.
7. Deklarowany sposób lub czas podróży potwierdzany jest po powrocie poprzez złożenie w DSM oświadczenia o odbyciu podróży „green travel” (Załącznik nr 2), wraz z wymienionymi w oświadczeniu dowodami.
8. Jeśli podróż nie zostanie potwierdzona w wyżej wymieniony sposób, student/doktorant/absolwent zostanie wezwany do zwrotu kwoty wynikającej z uprawnień „green travel”.

1. The following rules apply to travel under Erasmus+ projects KA131-2024 and KA131-2025.
   The previous rules for settling „green travel” are no longer in effect.
2. Buses, train, bicycle, and carpooling (a shared travel by car, belonging to one of the passengers, on the same route and with the same goal) are considered by the Erasmus+ programme to be ecological means of transportation. Travel by any other means of transportation does not meet those criteria.
3. Students/doctoral students/recent graduates can apply for a lump sum for travel costs resulting from using ecological (low-emission) means of transportation (so-called „green travel”), provided the travel is round-trip (the longest sections of the route). Such persons shall submit to the IRD a declaration of the planned itinerary indicating the means of transportation.(Attachment no. 1).
4. In justified cases a student/doctoral student/recent graduate can apply for an additional individual support for subsistence allowance for up to 4 or 6 days of travel (in total for round trip, the number of days depends on the project under which the scholarship is paid). In order to do so, they have to fill relevant fields in the Attachment no. 1.
5. Number of granted additional travel days (in one way) depends on the distance between the seat of the US and the seat of the host institution, calculated with the help of the on-line calculator available at the website of the European Commission (EC): http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/tools/distance_en.htm, according to the following distribution list:

6. Any additional co-financing due to „green travel”, if granted, will be paid along with other Erasmus+ scholarship components.
7. The declared means or time of travel is confirmed after return by submitting in the IRD a statement of realizing „green travel” (Attachment no. 2), along with the proofs listed in the statement.
8. If the travel is not confirmed in the above-mentioned manner, the student/doctoral student/recent graduate will be requested to reimburse the amount resulting from the „green travel” entitlements.

Osoby takie składają w DSM deklarację wg wzoru US o planowanym przebiegu podróży ze wskazaniem środka lokomocji.
2. Ryczałt, o którym mowa zostaje wypłacony wraz z pozostałymi komponentami stypendium Erasmus+ zgodnie ze złożonym oświadczeniem.
3. Deklarowany sposób podróży potwierdzany jest po powrocie w następujący sposób:
   • Osoby, podróżujące publicznym środkiem transportu (np. bus, autokar, kolej) obowiązane są załączyć w systemie DreamApply skany rachunków/biletów potwierdzających przejazd;
   • Data na załączanym rachunku/bilecie nie może pokrywać się z terminem realizacji mobilności (daty w umowie finansowej) ani podróż nie może odbywać się w terminie dłuższym niż jeden miesiąc (30 dni) przed rozpoczęciem mobilności i jeden miesiąc (30 dni) po zakończeniu mobilności (wyjątek stanowi dzień rozpoczęcia/zakończenia podróży, który może być tożsamy z datą rozpoczęcia/zakończenia mobilności);
   • Osoby podróżujące na zasadzie wspólnej podróży samochodem osobowym (min. 2 osoby) zobowiązane są do złożenia oświadczenia wg wzoru US.
4. Jeśli podróż nie zostanie potwierdzona w wyżej wymieniony sposób (ust. 3 zasad), student/doktorant/absolwent zostanie wezwany do zwrotu kwoty wynikającej z uprawnień „green travel”.

1. Students/doctoral students/graduates can apply for a lump sum for travel costs resulting from using low-emissions means of transport (so-called „green travel”) if the main part of the travel (more than a half of the return route) is made with such means. Such persons shall submit to the International Relations Department a declaration, according to the US template, of the planned itinerary indicating the means of transport.
2. The lump sum in question shall be paid together with the other components of the Erasmus+ grant in accordance with the submitted declaration.
3. The declared method of travel shall be confirmed on return as follows:
   • Persons travelling by public transport (e.g. bus, coach, railway) are required to upload into the DreamApply system a scan of their receipts/tickets;
   • The date on the uploaded receipt/voucher may not coincide with the date of implementation of the mobility (dates in the financing agreement) nor may the journey take place more than one month (30 days) before the start of the mobility and one month (30 days) after the end of the mobility (the exception is the start/end date of travel, which may be the same as the start/end date of mobility);
   • Persons travelling on the basis of a shared car journey (min. 2 persons) are obliged to submit a statement according to the US template.
4. If the journey is not confirmed in the aforementioned way (par. 3 of the rules), the student/doctoral student/graduate will be asked to refund the amount resulting from the „green travel” entitlement.
